Our Commitment
ColoursUI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
Measures Taken
- Semantic HTML throughout, including proper heading hierarchy and landmark regions
- Full keyboard navigation support with visible focus indicators
- Skip-to-content link on every page
- Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.2 AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
- Alt text for all meaningful images and decorative images marked accordingly
- ARIA attributes used where native HTML semantics are insufficient
- Responsive design supporting zoom up to 400%
- Motion reduced when prefers-reduced-motion is set
- Form inputs with associated labels and error messages
- Regular automated and manual accessibility audits
Assistive Technologies
Our website is tested with the following assistive technologies:
- NVDA and JAWS screen readers on Windows
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
- TalkBack on Android
- Dragon NaturallySpeaking voice control
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some third-party embedded content (videos, widgets) may not meet all accessibility requirements
- Older PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers
We are actively working to resolve these issues. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us.
