General Refund Conditions

2.1 Subscription Plans Refunds are generally not provided for subscription plans. Once you subscribe to our Service and the payment is processed, you are committed to the term of the subscription period you selected. 2.2 Exceptions We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in the following circumstances: Service Downtime: If our Service experiences extended periods of downtime (as defined in our Service Level Agreement), you may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit. Billing Errors: If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. If we determine that there was a mistake, we will issue a refund or adjustment. Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may be eligible for a refund upon review.
